At Galen Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your leather goods in their original protective sleeve and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
